How quickly will someone get back to me?

Within one working day for enquiries sent Monday to Saturday. Anything sent on a Sunday or a public holiday is answered the next working morning.

Can I see the software before committing?

Yes. Book a walkthrough of the modules your institution would actually use — admissions, attendance, fees, examinations and communication. It runs about 30–45 minutes with nothing to install.

I am an existing customer with a problem. Where should I go?

Raise a support ticket from inside your EduTask dashboard. It arrives with your institution and user details attached, which is faster than describing them here.

Do you work with colleges and coaching institutes too?

Yes. EduTask ships separate School, College and Institute modules, so semesters, sessions and batch structures work the way each type of institution expects.
